Tasting this vegan broccoli soup, you’d never guess it’s made without cheese or cream. Its creamy texture and rich flavor come entirely from carefully selected plant-based ingredients.

Ingredients

Broccoli, Potato, Water, Apple, Onion, Carrots, Garlic, Thyme, Spices, Salt, Nutritional Yeast, Olive Oil.

How to Serve

These soups can be refrigerated for up to 5 days after opening.

As they chill, the texture may thicken slightly, simply add a little water to reach your preferred consistency.

As with any soup, taste and adjust seasoning at the end of cooking. A touch of salt and freshly ground pepper can bring all the flavors into balance. If a soup feels flat, it often just needs a bit more salt to fully come alive.
